Rounding up the town's most off-beat lawman Skunk Tarver (rock legend Ted Nugent), a defiantly silent man who chooses to use a bow n' arrow instead of a gun, (Its new thing, I am so glade to see that) they take off on a rip-roaring road trip with all the makings of a rollicking comic joyride that's not afraid to go over the top.
